The White House Correspondents' Dinner — affectionately known as "nerd prom — brought big laughs and sharp jabs in Washington Saturday night.
The annual event drew big name journalists, politicians, athletes and celebrities, including several members of the casts of "The Walking Dead," "Blackish," and "Modern Family," all there to rub shoulders with lawmakers and hear the President speak in what is more akin to a Friar's Club roast than a presidential address.
As in years past, President Barack Obama let the zingers fly, taking aim at 2016 candidates, members of Congress and his own presidency.
"Welcome to the fourth quarter of my presidency," Obama started off. "The fact is I feel more loose and relaxed than ever. Those Joe Biden shoulder massages are like magic," he joked, referencing the vice president letting his hands linger on the shoulders of Stephanie Carter, during the swearing in ceremony of her husband Defense Secretary Ash Carter in February.
Obama poked fun at other current events, from Secret Service security lapses to House Speaker John Boehner's move to invite Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to speak to Congress.
"I look so old, John Boehner's already invited Netanyahu to speak at my funeral," POTUS said.

The night's host, "Saturday Night Live" cast member Cecily Strong, followed the president. Strong, maybe best known for her character, "Girl You Wish You Hadn't Started a Conversation with at a Party," also brought the funny.
"Feels right to have a woman follow President Obama, doesn't it?" Strong asked after being introduced. The remark was far from the only Hillary Clinton reference the comedian squeezed in.
"Now Michelle, you take care of that garden while you can," Strong said to First Lady Michelle Obama. "In 18 months, you know Bill (Clinton) is turning that thing into an above-ground pool."
Strong also made jokes about Obama's penchant for wearing "mom jeans" and how he's aged since taking office.
"Your hair is so white now, it can talk back to the police," she told the president.
