A Riverside County, Calif., woman has become the latest alleged victim to say she was sexually assaulted by comedian Bill Cosby.

In recent weeks, at least 13 women have stepped forward to say they were sexually abused by the entertainer in a case that has spiraled since a comedian made mention of the allegations in his act. This latest development marks the first time anyone has publicly accused Cosby of an alleged assault that occurred while they were underage.

Judy Huth says in lawsuit papers filed Tuesday with Los Angeles Superior Court that Cosby, 77, sexually assaulted her in 1974 when she was 15-years-old, the Los Angeles Times and TMZ reported. Copies of the lawsuit could not be accessed via the court's website. It was not immediately clear what Huth might be seeking in the suit.

According to the documents, the alleged assault happened at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, news organizations report. Huth said in the lawsuit that she and a 16-year-old friend wandered over to a California movie set where Cosby was filming and met him, news organizations report. The comedian invited them to sit in his director's chair and asked them their ages, the Times reports.

Cosby then invited the girls to his tennis club in Los Angeles County, and from there they followed him to another house, the TImes reports. There, Huth and Cosby played billiards and she alleges she was forced to drink a beer every time she lost a game.

After being served "multiple alcoholic beverages," the teens followed Cosby to the Playboy Mansion, the suit says, according to the Times. Cosby allegedly told the girls that if anyone asked them their age, they should say 19, according to the suit.

Huth alleges that she went into a restroom and when she came out, Cosby was sitting on a bed and asked her to sit next to him, the Times reports. He tried to "put his hand down her pants" and then took her hand in his and performed a sex act on himself "without her consent," the Times reports, quoting the lawsuit.

Neither Cosby nor representatives could be reached via e-mail sent through the comedian's website.

Cosby's lawyer, Martin Singer, has said in a statement that lawsuits "are filed about people in the public eye every day."

Huth could not be located or reached for comment.
