The United States will have the chance today to move into the quarterfinals of the World Cup for the first time since 2002 -- and just the third time in team history -- if it defeats Belgium.
Belgium, winners of Group H, have won every game it has played at this World Cup and features the playmaking skills of Eden Hazard. The U.S. defense will have to be on its game if it wants to stop Hazard and the rest of the Belgian attack.
The U.S., meanwhile, will have its own offensive firepower with striker Jozy Altidore, who pulled a hamstring in the team's opener against Ghana two weeks ago, available to coach Jurgen Klinsmann this afternoon.
